Dear Parents of Grade 1 to 3 and students:
This note is a request to all parents of primary
students (Grades 1 to 3) to
please drop off your students at the kindergarten gate. We are requesting that parents of primary students not enter the kindergarten enclosed
yard. This will help the staff in the following ways:

Ensure that all children
are accounted for as it is difficult to see the children with all the adults in
the kindergarten yard
· Help improve separation between parents
and children
· Reduce congestion at the
entry gate to the kindergarten yard
Starting tomorrow morning, Tuesday September 13,
2016, parents are asked to drop their children off at the kindergarten gate at
8:45 a.m. when supervision begins. Parents of students in kindergarten are already dropping off their children at the gate and not entering the kindergarten yard.
Please
note that there is supervision in the primary yard at 8:45 a.m.
